Kyle Hogg has recently launched his new business, Field of Dreams Mentoring.

The former Lancashire all-rounder has enjoyed a varied post-playing career, be it working in the music industry and also in construction. Now, back in cricket, he has had variety with that too.

The 42-year-old has worked alongside his good mate Andrew Flintoff on the hit TV programme, Field of Dreams, which the BBC describes as ‘turning reluctant teens into keen cricketers”. They did three series and have the option to do another.

On top of that, Hogg has worked as a coach at Lancashire, chiefly with their women’s senior side - also with the Northern Superchargers men in The Hundred. And he is currently an assistant coach with the England Under 19s. They recently reached the World Cup final in Zimbabwe.
