Kyle Hogg has urged cricketers young and even old to relish the battle and keep plugging away - even if things are not going your way.

The next couple of articles in our link-up series with Hogg and his Field of Dreams Mentoring business have a distinct England Under 19s theme.

Hogg, the former Lancashire all-rounder, is currently their men’s bowling coach.

Late this winter, Hogg was in Zimbabwe with the Under 19s, who reached the World Cup final, only to be beaten by India, who triumphed by 100 runs on the back of a a stunning 175 off 80 balls from 14-year-old sensation Vaibhav Sooryavanshi.
