It’s time to get our thinking caps on and put ourselves in Steven Croft’s shoes. Let’s have a look at the key decisions facing the county’s new permanent head coach ahead of the first game of 2026.
That will, of course be, the Rothesay County Championship clash with Northamptonshire at Wantage Road on Friday April 3.
